$10 Great Dates - Prepare to Get Romantic

I think it's safe to say that everyone would be happy to increase the romance in their relationship but don't want to spend a lot of money. This book is for you.

Obviously, $10 Great Dates is full of date ideas under $10. There are over 50 chapters, each with their own category--Adventure, Out-on-the-Town, At-Home, The Great Outdoors, Marriage Pick-Me-Up, Romantic, Seasonal Specials, and Unique and Unusual great dates. Each chapter includes an overview of the date idea, some preparation points (before and during), talking points, and the takeaway. With this extra date planning information, the ideas have a lot more meaning.

What I loved:

• The Christian perspective. It's hard to find a book like this that has a healthy, not worldy viewpoint.
• The oodles of fun ideas. I could go on a lot of dates for a long time with this kind of resource. Things I wouldn't have thought of include "Dining Under the Stars," "Time Travel," and "Christmas Lights." What those particular dates entail--well, you'll have to get the book to see.
• The fact that all of these ideas are $10 or less. A lot of these dates are free. I'm all for that.
• The underlying theme that it isn't all about the date, but about improving your relationship with eachother. That's even better. 

If you're looking to "create big romance on a small budget" or even just to get some fresh air in your relationship, check this book out. It will definitely energize your marriage.
