Escape to Heritage with a Sweet Story

Ok, I'll admit it. Sometimes I'm not much of an adventurous reader. I stick to the authors I know and love and patiently (ok, sometimes not
so patiently) wait for them to release a new book to consume. 

With Until I Met You, I kinda changed my ways. I don't know - it was maybe the beautiful cover or the promising storyline or the accolades Tari Faris had received - I just knew I was going to enjoy this story. 

And BOY am I glad I took a chance on it! I absolutely loved this book. Right from the beginning, I fell in love with Libby, our main character - there was just so much I could relate to! I loved escaping to Heritage, the cutest little Michigan town. 

But let's back up a little. Until I Met You is the second book in the Restoring Heritage series, but if you haven't read the first one (like me) you can pick this one up without missing a beat. (That said, I am definitely going to get my hands on the first book in this series!) 

Lovable Libby, a librarian who moves to Heritage to get a fresh start, encounters landscape architect Austin, who has his own past to overcome. They need to both overcome their battles and work together to get the library flourishing. 

It's a fun ride watching them work together and I may have devoured this entire book in one weekend. I really enjoyed the character development in the stories. And, just as a bonus, you get to enjoy two romances for the price of one! Also, anyone out there who would read a book on Libby and Austin's backstories? I found myself wanting to spend more time in their lives!
